Medelco Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return item(s) within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returns require prior authorization from Medelco.
  • Approval of all claims is at Medelco’s sole discretion.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer will be refunded minus original shipping charges.

If you would like your order reshipped, we will do so once:

  • A corrected address is provided, and
  • An additional shipping fee is received.

Non-Eligible Returns

The following situations are not covered under our return or exchange policy:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper care, or non-household use.
  • Carafes purchased without verifying compatibility. Please consult our Carafe Fits List on our website prior to purchase.
  • Claims for broken glass not reported within five (5) business days of delivery.

Please note: Items received with broken glass are not automatically considered defective. Medelco must be notified of any breakage within five business days of receipt.

How to Request a Return Authorization

Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Authorization.

Once your return is authorized, please ship your item to:

For prompt processing, we recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method
  • Including a copy of your packing slip or receipt

If you do not have your packing slip, please include:

  • A note stating the reason for return
  • Your Return Authorization number
